Wilhelm II (German: Friedrich Wilhelm Viktor Albrecht; English: Frederick William Victor Albert) (27 January 1859 – 4 June 1941) was the last German emperor and king of Prussia, ruling both the German empire and the kingdom of Prussia from 15 June 1888 to 18 November 1918 (sometimes wrongly given as 9 November, date of the unofficial abdication announced by Prince Max von Baden.)
